- Madrasa classes continues at the masjid, Sunday October 27th, at 9am. Starting this Sunday, there is a new addition to the pool of teacher’s, sister Yasmeen. She will be conducting the Quran class, from 10:00 am to 12pm Insha Allah. All sister’s both adults & teenagers are invited to be part of this new class. For further info on this class, please contact the Imam or any of the teachers.
- Reminder, please join us at the masjid, for our Islamic Funeral workshop, next Saturday November 2nd after Maghrib Salah. Learn the Muslim funeral rites & rituals, presenter Brother Souheil Hamdani. Please extend this invitation to the community, your friends & families’.
- As-Siddiq Muslim organization, 117-25 133rd street, invites all young adults ages 14 & up, for an interactive night of discussions “on unhealthy habits & addictions that are ruining your success. - The messenger of Allah (u.w.b.p) “said, Allah has made it prohibited for you, to be disrespectful to your mothers, to demand things from others, which are not worth demanding & he hates that you engage in gossip, asking questions about people affairs & wasting wealth” (Sahih Muslim). The khateeb for next week Insha Allah will be Brother Sayaad Ali & today is Brother Syad Hydarali.
